Jamie at Home: Cook Your Way to the Good Life by Jamie Oliver
I must have had this book for about a decade now, and dont see myself parting with it any time soon. I bought it around the time I first got into growing vegetables myself, if you ignore the years I helped my dad with his vegetables when I was a child. I even ate almost all 40 of his baby cabbages straight out of the ground when I was about 3 years old, oops. Its amazing what a child can achieve while their parents arent looking, ha ha.This book is full of tips on how to grow fruit and vegetables in your own garden or allotment, along with tasty recipes using the items youve managed to grow yourself, which is always a satisfying feeling.
Carrot & Coriander Soup - How to cook simple healthy recipe
Jamie Oliver's Parsnip and Ginger Soup

Unlike many American carrot soups, which I find off-puttingly sweet, British carrot-coriander-ginger soup is dreamy and savory. I suspect this is because they often add a potato. Adapted from Jamie Oliver's basic carrot soup recipe. You can rate this recipe by giving it a score of one, two, three, or four forks, which will be averaged out with other cooks' ratings. If you like, you can also share your specific comments, positive or negative - as well as any tips or substitutions - in the written review space.
What a life! At the end of the day, I found the meal I wanted to eat, a sweet and aromatic soup created by my favorite English chef: Jamie Oliver! Don't you love the way he cooks? And the way he speaks? Love is fat!

Adapted from Jamie Oliver's basic carrot soup recipe. Heat the oil in a large pan, add the onions, potato, carrots, ginger, and garlic, saute for.
