You've probably read a book or seen a movie where the main character goes on an epic journey to find themselves. All you have to do is ask yourself some soul-searching "getting to know yourself" questions to uncover the answers. Basically, you are interviewing yourself and asking questions that will help you get a more clear picture of who you are and where you're at in your life. As you read through the questions, pay particular attention to the ones that excite you and the ones that make you nervous. Know, too, that some questions will lead to additional questions.

It can be trying different cuisines, exercising, reading, working, travelling… whatever! Create a mental — or written — list of things that you enjoy; things which help shape you as a person.
